When you order goods from ShoeNet, personal information will also be processed and stored by our online payment system provider, WorldPay Limited, whose registered office is The WorldPay Centre, The Science Park, Milton Road, Cambridge CB4 0WE, UK. WorldPay only process and store personal information relating to orders you place at ShoeNet. They do not process or store information relating to your general correspondence with ShoeNet. Personal and Sensitive information
When you contact ShoeNet or order goods from us, we will store personal information about you. We do this for two reasons:

• To provide you with the best possible customer service

When you contact ShoeNet via email, either directly or via the website, you provide us with a correspondence email address(es) which we will store in order to reply to your correspondence. We may also store the details of your correspondence. However, once we have responded fully to your correspondence, we will only contact you again in the future if we have your consent to do so. If you provide this consent, you will always be given the chance to withdraw it in the future.

When you order goods from us, we will also store the following information about you:

• Details of your order(s)
• The delivery address(es) for your order(s)

When you order goods from ShoeNet our online payment system provider, WorldPay Limited, will also process and store the above personal information. In addition, they will process and store your credit card details. Your credit card details are collected and processed on WorldPay's servers via a secure encrypted payment system. ShoeNet does not collect, process or store your credit card details or any other sensitive information about you. Credit card details will only be disclosed to ShoeNet in the event of an actual or suspected fraudulent transaction for the purposes of investigating that transaction, in which case ShoeNet will only store this information for the duration of the investigation. ShoeNet will not pass on any personal information about you to any third parties without your explicit consent. If you provide this consent, you will always be given the chance to withdraw it in the future.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.

Cookies
Our shopping facilities require a 'cookie' to be stored on your computer for the purposes of identifying your shopping basket. We do not collect any personal information by using this cookie. It is possible to prevent your computer accepting this cookie by modifying your browser's settings, but this will prevent you from using our shopping facilities.

Security
When you are ready to pay for your goods, you will be transferred to a secure payment server provided by WorldPay. Your connection to this server will be encrypted using the 128-bit version of the industry standard encryption technology Secure Socket Layer (SSL). This technology encrypts all the information you submit to WorldPay, including your credit card details, thus providing a completely secure environment for your transaction. Since ShoeNet does not handle your credit card details, the SSL encryption is only necessary when you connect to WorldPay's payment server.
