do I buy shoes?
To buy shoes, visit the Catalogue
and select a brand, then click on a shoe you are interested in. This will
load a pop-up where you will see a large image of the shoe. If you want
to buy the shoe, select your desired colour / fitting, size and quantity,
then click the Add To Basket button.

What is the basket?
Each shopper has their own unique shopping basket. The basket works like
a conventional shopping basket: you simply add items to it, or remove
them from it. You can add as many items to your basket as you like, and
there is no obligation to buy at any stage. However, if you are inactive
on the website for more than 1 hour, your basket will be emptied automatically.
To view the contents of your basket and the total cost of the items in
it, click on the View Basket button.

How do I buy the
shoes I have selected?
When you are happy with the shoes you have selected, click the Checkout
button. This will take you to the Checkout stage where you can purchase
the contents of your shopping basket. ShoeNet accepts online credit card
payments via our secure, encrypted payment system, provided by WorldPay,
as well as payment by post. Whichever payment method you choose, you must
provide the Delivery Address for your order at the Checkout stage.

How do I pay online
by credit card?
Paying online by credit card is simply and secure. Once you have filled
in the Delivery Address for your order at the Checkout stage, click on
the Pay Online button. This will take you to our online payment system
provided by our partner Worldpay. Here, you must select which credit card
you wish to use and provide us with the credit card and card holder details.
Your payment will be processed immediately. For more information about

ShoeNet accepts Delta, Solo and Switch debit cards and the Visa, Mastercard
and American Express credit cards.

How do I know if
my credit card has been charged?
If your transaction is authorised by your card provider or bank, your
card will be debited immediately and a confirmation will be displayed
on screen. You will also receive an email from ShoeNet which you should
keep as confirmation of your order. This email contains your full order
details. in the unlikely event that your card is declined, you should
contact you card provider or bank. The authorization process occurs immediately
when you submit the credit card and card holder details to WorldPay.

How safe is paying
online?
Paying online at ShoeNet is completely safe. When you submit sensitive
information such as your credit card details, all the information is encrypted
before it is sent across the internet. This encryption is done with the
industry standard encryption method called Secure Socket Layer (SSL).

How do I pay by
post instead?
If you would prefer to pay for your order by post, simply click the Pay
by Post button at the Checkout stage. This will display a printable order
form in a pop-up window. Simply print and complete this form and send
it to ShoeNet Postal Orders, 17 Mandervell Road, Oadby, Leicester LE2
5LR, UK with your cheque, postal order or International Bankers Draft
made payable in Pounds Sterling (£ GBP) to Livingston & Doughty
Ltd.
How quickly is
my order dispatched?
Your order will be dispatched as soon as your payment has cleared. If
you are paying online by credit or debit card, your goods will be dispatched
immediately. If you are paying by post, your order will be dispatched
when your funds have cleared into our bank account. This will usually
by 5 working days.

How long will
my order take to arrive?
Goods should be delivered within 3 days for UK orders and 10 days for
orders outside the UK, provided the goods are in stock.

What if my order
arrives and it is faulty or the wrong size?
If your shoes are unsatisfactory in any way they must be returned in the
same condition as they were despatched for a full refund. Remember to
return a copy of your delivery note with your goods. Please read our
